Look just like the Wicked Witch of movie fame! Black fitted top comes with skirt with front slit. Top has Velcro closure at neck and a waist sash that ties in the back. The skirt has an elastic waist. Add your own witch hat to complete the look shown. 100% polyester. Hand wash cold, separately. Line dry. Cool iron if necessary.
